Domestic (USA) Shipping and Fulfillment
Shipping rates: We offer free shipping within the United States for orders with subtotals greater than $50. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use USPS to fulfill our main line beard product orders.
Fulfillment timing: While we cannot guarantee it, orders are generally fulfilled the morning after you placed your order. Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday so Friday afternoon and weekend orders will not fulfill until the following Monday morning.
Fulfillment location: We fulfill orders from multiple locations so we may need to ship some order items separately. For instance, our main line beard products are warehoused at a different location than our apparel.
Gear, apparel & accessory fulfillment: We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you get your order, add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping lead times can vary greatly and Kingsmen Beard Club is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
At this time, we do not ship to India, Kuwait, or the United Arab Emirates.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kingsmen Beard Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and any pertinent details. All logistics carriers have been experiencing eratic shipping durations due to Covid-19. Please allow for extended shipping times.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
