1. Before you use mustache wax, make sure your beard oil has fully absorbed. If there is unabsorbed beard oil on your whiskers, the mustache wax will not be able to grip the hairs and hold them in place. It’s important to use beard oil, though, so give it a few minutes to allow that oil to absorb.
2. Mustache wax is solid by design: more beeswax means more styling power for your mane. As such, your first step is going to be to soften the product. You can do this in multiple ways. Throw the jar in your pocket to warm it up. Run it under hot water or rub the product with warm fingers. Do it whichever way you choose, but you must warm it up to work with it!
3. Once you have the product warmed up, grab a tiny amount. This will vary depending on what areas of your facial hair you want to style. If you’re working with just your mustache, start with a size equal to a sunflower seed.
4. Rub the product between your fingertips until it’s soft enough to apply.
5. Work the product into the hairs you want to style.
6. As you’re distributing the product throughout your whiskers, begin to shape and style your facial hair to your liking. Once your style is complete, allow the mustache wax to get stiff before agitating your beard or mustache again. Now, your style will hold all day!

Domestic (USA) Shipping and Fulfillment Shipping rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently use USPS to fulfill our main line beard product orders.

Fulfillment timing: While we cannot guarantee it, orders are generally fulfilled the next business day after you placed your order. Our logistics team operates Monday through Friday so Friday afternoon and weekend orders will not fulfill until the following Monday morning.

Fulfillment location: We fulfill orders from multiple locations so we may need to ship some order items separately. For instance, our main line beard products are warehoused at a different location than our apparel.

Gear, apparel & accessory fulfillment: We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you get your order, add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping lead times can vary greatly and Kingsmen Premium is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kingsmen Premium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
